Reesha Goral is a novelist and screenwriter whose work includes a novel titled Uşak which made its debut in Istanbul (2015). She will receive an M.A. in fiction writing from Johns Hopkins in the spring of 2024.

Goral grew up in the melting pot of Northern California, where she inherited her love for reading and writing fiction. She now resides in Virginia with her husband and two children.
